2022年成为住我家网 Toronto 房东Hello, I'm Lyla, and my family includes Florencio, Nico, and Matthew. Our cozy townhouse is nestled in Toronto, Ontario. Accessibility is key here - the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. If you opt for public transit, downtown Toronto is a mere 30-minute journey. Flemingdon Park, perfect for outdoor activities, is a short 2-minute stroll away, offering free amenities like tennis and basketball courts, along with a track field. Woodbine Beach awaits just a 7-minute drive from our doorstep. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find an array of dining options, from McDonald's to Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Tim Horton's. Additionally, Shoppers Drug Mart, a salon, barber, dollar store, and a Chinese grocery store are all conveniently close by. Need to indulge in some retail therapy? Cadillac Fairview Mall is only 20 minutes away by bus. Our townhouse offers unlimited access to utilities such as internet, electricity, and water. Yes I have House Rule
1. Strictly No Smoking, No Marijuana, No Alcohol and No illegal Drugs inside and outside around the House
2. No visitors allowed
3. No food inside the room
4. No shoes inside the house
5. Wash your own dishes
6. Keep your bedroom clean and tidy
7. Please inform the Host Lyla or Jun if you have Allergies or Medical Condition
8. Limit Noise after 10:00pm on Weekdays and 12:00 am on Weekends
9. Do not use any Hair Dryer inside your room.
10. Washroom
= Keep washroom clean and tidy. Please put garbage like cotton buds, feminine products and Hair
to the garbage container. Used of washroom is 30 minutes max.
=Toilet.... do not flush feminine products or other stuff except
for bathroom tissue. Do not flush excessive tissue as it may clog the toilet.
11. Laundry Schedule: Twice per Week
Monday to Friday: 3pm to 10pm
Saturday and Sunday: Anytime if Available
12. Please!! Give Three weeks advanced NOTICE to the Host if you are leaving.
13. The Host will give Three weeks in advanced NOTICE for the termination of renting.
14. Call or Text if you are not coming Home.
15. We inspect your room and washroom once in a month just to make sure everything is okay
16. Meal Plan
=Breakfast start at 7:00 am Monday to Friday, Serve yourself
for breakfast (cereal, toast bread, coffee or tea)
