We are a family of three with a young son looking to have a student who prefers independent living. We have a separate ground-level 1 bedroom suite with its own kitchen, living room, laundry and bathroom. It is very private, but connected to the house so we are available for assistance (or borrowing spices etc.). We are located close to BCIT/SFU/Douglas College. The area we live in is very multicultural with large Indo-Canadian and Asian populations. We are close to multiple grocery stores, public libraries, restaurants and community centres. Public transportation is easily accessible with a bus stop 3 houses away, and the closest skytrain station a 13 minute bus ride or a 25 minute walk. 翻译

    Suite to be cleaned by cleaner every 4 weeks (provided by host family), renter must tidy prior to. No smoking/vaping/drug use/parties. No more than 3 guests during the daytime unless agreed to by host family. No overnight guests unless agreed to by host family. Guests must leave by 10pm. No pets. No parking on property, but street parking available. Renter responsible for putting own garbage/compost/recycling into bins provided by host family. No cryptocurrency mining. No growing/making of drugs. No electric car plug-in. No drilling holes in walls, and be respectful of furnishings. No storage of items outside of the suite. Must follow city by-laws in terms of noise etc. No use of the back yard (front yard is fine). 翻译
