2021年成为住我家网 Toronto 房东Hi there! My name is Annoja and I'm a recent graduate from York University. After graduating I travelled to South Korea and taught English there for a year. I also travelled to Japan and fell in love! I decided to do homestay because of the amazing experiences and encounters I had abroad. I would like to share my positive experience as a host myself. Rules
1. We do not wear shoes inside. Please take off your shoes at the front. You may wear socks,
slippers or walk barefoot.
2. Always lock and close the gate when exiting the house. Please double check to make sure
you locked the front door.
3. Always turn off the lights when you leave a room. This rule also applies to your room. For
example: If you leave your room to use the kitchen, please turn off the light. Do not leave the
light on in your room.
4. Always turn off the stove after each use and please do not leave any pots/pans on the
stovetop.
5. When cooking, please turn the fan on. If you are cooking foods that have a heavy smell,
please open the window.
6. Always clean and wash your dishes and utensils after each use.
7. Showers should be before 10pm please. Showers should not be longer than 15 minutes.
8. If you will be home late, please WhatsApp/text me and let me know so I’m not worried.
9. Do not put any toilet paper/sanitary napkins in the toilet! Please put it in the garbage bin
located in the washroom.
10. Please be respectful and courteous.
