2021年成为住我家网 Surrey 房东Hi, we've been hosting international students for number of years now. We always welcome international students to come & stay at our home & experience home away from home as we enjoyed welcoming students in our home & getting to know them, share Canadian values & cultures. We are non smoker. We have two grown up daughters, but live on their own now. Me & my husband alone living in the home. I love cooking, baking, hiking, picnicking outdoors during summertime, gardening, loves to entertain too. Our home is just walking distance to shopping mall, restaurants, grocery stores, library, recreation center, banks, etc., & 3 walk to bus stops. Fraser Heights secondary school, North Surrey secondary,10+ minutes by public transit, while; Johnston Heights Secondary(walking 10min) & Guildford park secondary school are less than 10 minutes bus ride, & Simon Fraser University in Surrey is just 7 - 10 minutes by public transit. The closest Skytrain station is Surrey Central station which is about 7 - 10 minutes by public transit. Douglas College in New Westminster is about 20 to 30 minutes or less from home by public transit. Downtown Vancouver is about 55 minutes to an hour from home by public transit. *****Rooms are all single occupancy If student wishes to have meals included $1,250 Breakfast & dinner only. 翻译
