Hi, I'm Jolanta and I am the host of this homestay. I am a quiet, clean and friendly person. I have a room available in my spacious, two-storey apartment. The student room is located upstairs and is the master bedroom with an attached balcony and a private 3-piece bathroom across the hall. I will sometimes use the bathroom to shower. There is a powder room downstairs. The room is spacious and sunny with working A/C during the summer. The room features a Queen size, comfortable bed and lots of storage space. You will also have access to a TV room and exercise room. One underground parking spot is available. You will have access to cable TV and high speed internet. Microwave is provided in room. No smoking or vaping inside. You can smoke or vape only on the balcony with the balcony door closed. Due to allergies, this is a scent-free homestay. Absolutely no use of scented products of any kind including heavily scented soaps, perfumes or cleaning products. Lightly or naturally-scented products are acceptable. Absolutely no use of candles allowed. This homestay is ideally located on the border of Etobicoke/Mississauga/Brampton making it a convenient location for students studying in any of these neighbouring cities. A centralized bus station (Westwood Mall Terminal) is a 10-min walk away away, where you can catch multiple buses going to Brampton, Mississauga and Etobicoke. You may also catch the 11 Bus going to Kipling or Islington station in just 20-30 minutes, where you can take the subway to go downtown. This is an ideal homestay if you are studying downtown but do not want to incur the costs of living downtown. Malton Go station is nearby and accessible by bus as well. This homestay is also conveniently located near a major shopping center (Westwood Mall). A 10 min walk will bring you to Fresh Co, the major banks, Shoppers Drug Mart, dollarama, Fit4Less gym, among others. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me. 翻译
