2020年成为住我家网 Montreal 房东I am from Canada and have lived in multiple provinces throughout my life. I have two young children who visit once every two weeks and in my time I dont have them, I'm cooking, working out, working on various projects and studying as well! I am currently in the process of getting my Bachelors degree in Social Work and will most likely progress to a Master's degree to become a private therapist. I have many years working with children in elementary, high school and in Social Services. I am committed to physical, psychological, social and emotional healthy living. If coming here, you will be well very supported. I have worked as a chef, in sales and now in social services. I don't mind assisting with tutoring or helping out with issues that I can solve. I'm ok with friends coming over, but when my children are present, they must leave by 7:30 during the week, and by 10:00 on weekends. When my children are not present, 9:00 during the week and 12:00 on weekends.
I live in a peaceful environment with reasonable amounts of noise. Loud music is acceptable when cleaning, cooking, and dancing is encouraged :-). When it's down time and when my children are present, noise must be kept to a minimum at sleep times. Generally, be respectful to those around you.
NO pets, NO drugs. Alcohol is allowed if you are of age (18 in Quebec).
Common areas are to be kept clean, rooms are to be kept clean, and it is expected that you clean up after yourself.
No parties, but if wanting to have a get together with friends it can be discussed, mostly when my children are not present. Tjhe room will be adjusted to your taste, but will be equipped with a dresser, closet, desk, bed, tv, and mini fridge. 翻译
