2020年成为住我家网 Vaughan 房东We welcome students away from home and treat them like our own. Our house is a detached 4 bedroom house with professionally finished basement and a pool size backyard. Both husband and wife are semi retired. I have real estate licence and my husband is a driving instructor. Our three children are working professionals and not living with us but will visit us sometimes. We have been offering our rooms for students for over ten years with York Regional School Board and friend's children. Our home is walking distance to VIVA bus terminal, Promenade Mall, Westmount Collegiate and St. Elizabeth High School, one bus to Thornhill Secondary School, Thornlea Secondary School, Vaughan Secondary School, York University and Finch Subway Station and Pioneer Village Subway Station. Students needs to cooperate with us by keeping us informed if late from school or out as safety is top priority. Our rooms are very spacious and are connected to washroom to share with another student between the two rooms on upper level. 房屋守则
1. No peanuts due to allergy, no perfume preferred.
2. No visitors. No pets.
3. Keep room and washroom clean after use.
4. Curfews for weekdays are at 10 pm and weekends at 11 pm. If occasionally late night, inform us in advance.
5. No loud music or loud conversation in the room, observe quiet time 10 pm to 8 am.
6. No extra small appliances in washroom or bedroom, such as kettles, heaters, ovens, etc. for safety reason.
7. Clean own lunch box, bowls, plates, utensils and cups after meals.
8. Vacuum own bedroom once a month.
9. Laundry will be done by the host once a week Friday after 7 pm and will be ready and folded the next morning
10. Students are to put out garbage from room and washroom on Wednesdays before 8 pm in main floor laundry room.
NOTE: Room 1 has walk-in closet and Room 2 and 3 has closet. Room 1 and 2 has walk through washroom from bedroom like semi-ensuite to share with one other student. 翻译
