Hi There! Welcome to Canada! We are happy to have you in our home while you study in Vancouver or Richmond. Our wish is to make you feel very welcome and part of our family. We are a multicultural family and have three boys that attend college. The room is fully furnished and includes heat, electricity, water and high-speed internet, laundry, bedding, towels, closet space, tv and a mini fridge. The house is located in the Garden City Plaza area in Richmond in a safe neighborhood and is close to Save on Foods supermarket . We are very closed to bus transit 404 (9 minutes to Canada line/sky train) 35 minutes to Langara College by Public Transportation. A nice location to make your stay extra comfortable and enjoyable. We enjoy running a homestay to assist new international students to see Vancouver when not studying. We home stayed students for three years when we used to live in Vancouver eight years ago and we missed it since. We run a nice, clean, quiet house for students to study. 翻译
