2020年成为住我家网 Scarborough 房东I am a Personal Support Worker and my husband works as a General Labourer. Our house is located in a townhouse complex with a safe and friendly environment. I love cooking Asian recipes and I will be the one to cook and prepare your meals if you chose that option. We are very close to parks and bike trails where you can go for a quick walk to relax and be close to nature. We are 15 to 20 minutes away from Seneca College by bus and close to other schools as well. Bridlewood Mall is only 5 minutes by bus and 10 minutes walking distance. Groceries, convenience stores, restaurants, and fast food chains are also pretty close from our location. SMOKING/LIQUOR/DRUGS
1. Smoking cigarettes and weeds are not allowed inside and outside of the house.
2. Liquor and drugs will not be tolerated.
SECURITY
The house is equipped with a security alarm which is turned on late at night. Each students will be given their own unique security code that they can use to disarm the security lock. Security will be turned on every late nights or when no one is home. Let us know if you will not be going home for the night or for several nights. We respect each other's privacy but please let us know whenever you will go out and time you will be back for your safety.
CLEANLINESS
1. Please clean and tidy up after yourselves specially after using bathroom, kitchen, and dining.
2. Garbage day: we will collect your garbage bins every Tuesday night. Please make sure to place it outside your room door.
3. Keep your room clean at all times. We will check your room once in a while to make sure it is clean.
4. Take outside shoes off inside when you arrive home and bring to your rooms.
LAUNDRY
Your laundry will be collected once a week for washing.
MEALS AND SNACKS
1. If you will not be eating at home for a particular meal, please let us know so we can avoid food wastage.
2. If you are going to be home late but would want to have your dinner, let us know. We will place your food in the fridge and you can heat it up when you are ready to eat.
3. If you like to eat snacks in your room, please make sure that any garbage or wastes are properly disposed in the kitchen food/garbage/recycle bin and not in the garbage bin in your room. Improperly disposed food can attract pests inside the house. NO eating meals in the bedrooms.
4. Let us know if you have any food allergy.
INTERNET
We have unlimited internet plan, feel free to use it as much as you want for your studies and researches.
GUESTS
For everyone`s safety, please NO visitors at home.
OTHER HOUSE RULES
NO noise after 10:00 pm in respect to others in the house and the neighbours.
Let us know if you are planning to buy appliances for your room (e.g. television, game console, etc.). We would be charging additional utilities for appliances. 翻译
