房屋守则
No friends or boyfriends should be sleeping over in the room. Visitation hours should be till 10 PM only and must notify us beforehand. No smoking inside the room, smoking is allowed outside the house. The use of laundry machine should only be done once every week and in the weekend. Please wash your own dishes and keep the common areas clean such as washrooms, dining area, living room and kitchen. We always double lock our front door for security purposes, always notify us if coming home very late so we can ensure not to double lock it till you come home.
