We welcome students to our friendly, kind and respectful family home that is right beside the bus stop that will give you easy access to NAIT and the University of Alberta. We are parents to two children, and maintain a clean, non-smoking, non-drinking home. The comfortable, spacious and clean basement room would be perfect for a student. Rent includes wireless high-speed internet access and utililties. We are located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are bike and walking trails that connect to Ozerna park that is right across our house. Student room has a wireless headphone set to connect to the student's device. Separate entrance to the house has a keyless entry door. Student is welcome to use the games room with the Air Hockey and Ping Pong Table. Thank you for considering my home.
