We are well-traveled and open to knowing about other cultures and willing to share ours to those interested. We would like to be able to help you as you get adjusted to studying and living in Canada and provide any assistance where we may be needed. The space we provide allows you a lot of privacy as the students' area is in the basement with its own kitchen, dining and sitting space. 房屋守则
1. Absolutely no smoking, no vaping, no drugs.
2. No loud music.
3. No bringing friends over without prior permission from the host. No overnight guests.
4. No pets allowed.
5. Parking in the property may be available on a special paid arrangement.
6. Clean up after yourself whenever you use the common areas - kitchen, bathroom, dining, living area, porch and yard. It is important to keep all common areas clean and tidy.
7. You are responsible for cleaning your own room regularly and to ensure that you don't keep organic waste that can smell in your room.
8. Use of the kitchen is allowed. However, you must ensure that you turn everything off, you wash the dishes and keep everything clean immediately after use.
9. Ensure you only use your own cooking supplies and not use other student's food supplies.
10. There is a washroom for shared use of renters in the basement. You must clean the washroom after each use to ensure it's ready for use by the next person. Cleaning supplies are provided in the washroom. Remember that the bathroom is shared by other homestay students. Please do not stay too long so you can free up the washroom for other users. Ensure the bathroom is free of any mess and is kept clean for the next user(s).
11. Turn off all lights and appliances when not in use.
12. Washer and dryer are available to use from 7pm to 12mn on weekdays and 7am to 12mn on weekends and holidays. Clean up after each use. Before using, ensure that the lint filter is free of lint to avoid fire hazards.
13. Observe all city ordinances on garbage, recycling, organic waste. 翻译
