We are a family of four looking for a homestay student to stay with us for the Fall. We have two children, aged 11 and 8 and we are both Educators who work in high schools. Our house is in the Hugh Boyd catchment, but Burnett, McMath, and Steveston-London are minutes away by bike and bus. Description: One furnished private bedroom on the second floor available for homestay. The room has a large window, a desk, closet/wardrobe, adequate lighting, a bed with bed linen and towels. This room rental is for male high school students only. Included: Wifi, heat, hot water, washer and dryer. Shared bathroom. We are steps away from the City's Greenway Trail where you can conveniently walk or bike through Richmond. There is also a pitch and putt and a community centre with a gym and outdoor soccer field that is just a 10 min walk away. Bus stop is on Railway Avenue (4 minute walk from the house), and a short 12 minute bus ride to Brighouse Station. Seafair Mall (Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, and restaurants) is a 15 minute walk away. Homestay fee: 50% damage deposit $975 per month with 3 meals 翻译
