2019年成为住我家网 Mississauga 房东Hi, my name is Katie and I live in Mississauga with my cat. I am a born and raised New Yorker (I moved to Toronto in 2012). I have two spaces for students to choose from, an upstairs bedroom (shown) and the basement. The basement allows for more privacy and space, as well as has its own bathroom (shower shared in the upstairs bathroom). Ideally, the student will prefer the downstairs bedroom. 房屋守则
1. Must love animals (particularly cats)
2. Please keep things tidy. Basically leave things as you found them and clean up after yourself when using common areas.
3. Smoking nicotine and cannabis is permitted but outside only, must use ashtray.
4. 1-2 guests are welcome in your space but guests are expected to follow the rules. No overnight guests unless permission given beforehand.
5. Student will have their own bathroom but must share the shower. Please try and avoid showerin between 7-9 am, as that is when my partner and I are getting ready for work. If a student does need the shower then just let us know so we can work out a shcedule in advance and everyone can get to where they need to be on time.
6. The student will have full privacy but I do need to access the laundry room on occasion.I will be quiet and considerate when I enter the basement.
7. The basement door upstairs must be kept open a crack so the cat can get to the laundry room as well.
8. Basement room has a mini frig for students use. It is the students responsibility to keep it clean and not leave food or crumbs around that would attract pests. The frig is only a convenience and meal materials will be stored in the kitchen unless you prefer to keep your own food in the frig. You do not have to use it. 翻译
