2019年成为住我家网 Etobicoke 房东I am a male professional who works in healthcare industry. I am excited to be hosting homestay students as I was a homestay student myself when I first came to Canada many years ago as an international student. So I have been in your shoes before and I understand your experiences and expectations very well. I am fluent in English as I obtained my bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Toronto. I can also volunteer my time, when possible, to help you with your English assignments. My mother, who is in her 50s, also lives in the house. She does not work and keeps herself busy with housework and gardening. She is a great cook, and so you will have access to healthy home-made food up to 3 times per day. My siblings and little nephew may also be visiting on the weekends, and you are welcome to join us for some extracurricular activities, such as playing tennis, hiking, skating, picnics, etc. I have two rooms in the basement that I can provide to students. The basement is newly renovated with expensive flooring and kitchen furniture and appliances. You are welcome to use common areas on the main floor, such as the living room, dining area and the kitchen. However, I am also providing the students with an extra living room and a kitchen in the basement in case they want to spend some private time on their own. There is one bathroom in the basement, but you can also use the bathroom upstairs if needed. You will also have access to unlimited high-speed internet, 4K Netflix subscription and laundry services. And I will also help you navigate through the city's transportation system, get a cell phone number, and open a bank account. 翻译
