女主人40+岁,南方人，移民加拿大20多年。国内本科毕业。为人友善和蔼，热情宽容，尊重隐私. 女主人工作时间灵活，方便照顾孩子们的生活起居。大儿子在滑铁卢工程专业，小儿子在渥太华大学计算机专业。二个孩子均曾在加拿大的天才班学习。经历过从幼儿园到大学的所有教育过程。因此能更清楚和详细的帮助留学生高中选课和大学选校和专业等。房屋位于Bayview 与steels ，靠近湛山精舍。处于有名的豪宅区。周围环境优美安静，安全。学生房间配备标准双人床，床头柜，书桌，书柜，台灯等。更有100兆的高速上网，打印机，协助办理学签。交通方便，7分钟到bayview 公交车站，超市，蛋糕店等。附近还有一个很大的社区中心，有健身房，图书馆，游泳池，溜冰场。及所有生活配套设施。主人热衷烹饪，中西餐拿手，照顾日常生活细心周到。可接送，陪去医院诊所，帮助填表报销医药费等生活事务。家里每日三餐精心为学生准备丰富可口的中西美食，水果点心。注重营养均衡搭配，确保吃的好，营养好。让留学生在异乡拥有一个温暖安心的住所，能够认真，安静的学习。 I have three furnished and cozy bedrooms. One is on the upper floor with a private washroom. The others are on the first floor(Upper ground) with two tenants sharing a washroom. These rooms are available to rent to students. My house is a comfortable and detached brick home in a very safe neighbourhood of Thornhill (GTA area). It has a huge backyard. We are an 7 minute walk to the Bayview Ave and Laureleaf Ave bus stop and 12 minute walk to Steels Ave so you can take bus to the yonge and subway station. I work part-time so I have enough time to clean the house and prepare food. My two sons are university students so they are not at home most of the time. My family and I are quite, friendly, and compassionate, and we speak fluent English and Chinese. I can cook fresh and healthy food everyday. My two sons were raised in Canada for their entire lives so I can advice you on how to choose high school courses and how to apply to Universities. There is cable, unlimited internet, an LCD Flat screen TV, Printer, laundry, and 3 meals per day. We are a walking distance to a grocery store, supermarkets, bakery,church, temple, etc..
