Hello my name is Christina (Tina) Thankyou for your interest in our home. My 15 year old daughter and I live in west coquitlam close to Louheed skytrain station. We border coquitlam,Burnaby,and New West. We are a 15min walk to coquitlam college and to Lougheed skytrain station which can bring you to coquitlam skytrain station in 12min. I have the 152 bus only a 1min walk from my home as well and am close to shopping, drug store and clinic. I own a business through my home, so I have designated my ground level part of my home for homestay. This set up allows for much privacy and independence for my students as my students have access to their own kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave,hotplate, etc, shower, toilet and lwasher/dryer. There is over 900 square feet of useable study space as well as a TV room with access to Roku streaming stick with wifi, apple TV, Netflix, spotify, plex, etc... There is a covered carport as well a nice outdoor backyard space with tables, chairs, bbq, and a trampoline. My home is very clean, quiet after 5pm and very safe. I have a video surveillance system as well. I have space that can accommodate for 3students at the moment. I also have a room upstairs that can accomodate a student as well. The bedroom upstairs is very nice and would suite someone who wouldnt mind sharing washroom facilities with myself. Visitors are welcome, as the ground level space definitely would support this. 早餐	寄宿家庭做早餐 I make waffles,pancakes,breakfast egg bagels, bacon and eggs, sausages, and fruit is always offered
午餐	寄宿家庭做午餐 I pack a lunch for my students for school. I make soup/sandwiches/bagel sandwiches/. Lunch will always include fruit vegetables yogurt, and health snacks. (Nuts, cheese,crackers etc) Juice,milk,and water.
晚餐	寄宿家庭做晚餐 I offer full homecooked Canadian. Meat/vegetables/salads,pastas, home made soups etc... I cook a lot of stir frys, chicken, pork tenderloin, beef, udon soup, and so much more! I serve plenty of protein and fresh fruit and vegetables .
