I have been in Canada for over 33 years and my husband has been in Canada for almost 40 years. We love dogs, birds and bunnies. We speak Cantonese and English. - I will provide a mini fridge and the renter is responsible to maintain cleanliness of the fridge at all times
- The renter is responsible to bring garbage, food compost, recyclable waste to garbage, compost and recycle bins every week before Sunday 4 pm.
- The renter needs to maintain cleanliness of he Ensuite bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, laundry facilities and common area at all times.
- No guest allowed without consent.
- Parking and driveway usage. The renter must ensure their vehicle, motor vehicle is well maintained to ensure that there is no fluid leakage and cause any damage to the driveway 翻译
