关于 Rosana 的家庭
2018年成为住我家网 Surrey 房东We are a family of 5. Currently one of our children now lives on her own, while our son (age18) is studyIng in Ontario and living in residence. My husband works outside of the province in. Alberta and commutes home on most weekends. My daughter (age 16) and I live in this big house with 5 bedrooms. The reason why we have decided to offer a homestay is that we know that students like to go to school in Canada and we would like to offer a Canadian experience with them. We like to play outdoors as we like to go camping, hiking, biking and play golf. In the winters my children like winter sports like skiing and snowboarding and play indoor sports like volleyball and basketball for their schhol teams. We are also a musical family and the kids play piano and saxaphone. During school my children and I are studious so the house is quiet to study. I work out of the home and leave early. I also have hobbies to keep me busy. We are a friendly family with extended family that is waiting to mee a homestay person. If you like we can take you on some outings. 翻译

房屋守则
Like other families we have house rules. If we make something to eat we clean up after ourselves. If we have anyone over we ask first. As most of us are allergic we cannot tolerate smoking including vaping. We seldom drink and if we do it will be social. If we leave a mess, we clean it up and we do not go into private rooms unless we ask to be allowed in. If you need to borrow or use items we ask first. Our family believes in trust and honesty so if you break something in the house let us know. As this is a Family area we hope that there is an agreed upon curfew that we all follow so we can help keep each other safe. 翻译
