Hello, Im Donna, Me and my husband are looking for a student, this we’ll be our first student to stay with us. But to tell you that we already been experiencing someone to stay with us for years now and he likes staying with us. We live along King George on 81 A st. Just 3-5 mins to King George Station, Surrey Central Mall and SFU college. We are a family oriented and we treat people staying with us like a family. I have a kid, he’s a happy kid but doesn’t give any headaches to everyone. We are asian and we priority guest, if you need anything we’ll give it the best as we can. We love food, travelling, shopping and spend time with each other. We’re living in a townhouse and bedrooms are upstairs and laundry. We have 4 bedroom and 4 washroom You will have your own private bedroom but shared washroom with us. The Room has a doble size bed with closet and computer desk with Lamp, I can provide a printer but no ink,, we can refill it for you. The price I stated is for bedroom only, we can discuss if you want a food. Transportation is negotiable too. We are not a party people, no pets. Curfew is mandatory on the complex so you could have your time for study. We are also open to professionals working person. just let us know. You must provide us your ID and your school you’re going to for security purposes. Half Down payment is a must, you can get it after you stay with us.
