We have a newly renovated, large, and modern home in a well sought after, safe and friendly neighbourhood. It is very close (4 min. walk) to bus stop. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. 5 min drive or 10 min. Bus to second largest mall in Canada as well as countless other shops and amenities and recreation centre. Walking distance to several elementary and highschools. Very close proximity to Simon Fraser University, Kwantlen University, among others as well. We are professional working adults with 3 children that reside part time with a nanny 3 days a week. We will provide your meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and some basic sundries. Free WiFi. Room is exceptionally large with laminate floor overlooking the front yard and neighbourhood. All furniture and furnishings are brand new, high end and never ever used with the exception of the antique rocking chair. The mattress and box spring is of highest quality and extremely comfortable, brand new never used. There is a brand new renovated 3 piece bathroom with granite countertops directly adjacent to your room. We love to cook healthy, restaurant worthy meals. You may also feel free to cook meals as well. Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances , granite countertops and full size dishwasher. Shared laundry room fully equipped with sink and lots of quality detergents. There is a lovely covered patio and lush garden are in back yard with trampoline and pond.
