2018年成为住我家网 Vaughan 房东****Due to Covid we ask that the students get quarantined and show proof of the positive results to us before moving in. *****We like to call ourselves the 3 R's :).We have been hosting since 2005 (here and other property) and enjoy the variety of cultures that have come and gone. Roxie is a traveling freelance chef and an ESL instructor. Ross and Rosa are retired and exercise, cooking and garden daily and sit outside on their beautiful patio with guest drinking coffee and exchanging conversation. We have friends regularly from Rosa's aquafit class or Ross's Sunday church friends for afternoon chit-chat and coffee. WE enjoy evening and weekend dinners with guests and friends. 翻译

房屋守则
No smoking on or around property. No noise between the hours of 11pm-7am and must listen with headset if on the computer, skyping or/and watching a movie between those times. House is shared with one other student and must respect use of shared spaces. All eating and storage of food personal and shared is only in kitchen. Bedroom is only for sleeping and studying. No eating or food in bedroom. No wet clothing in bedroom or bathroom. Clothing is washed only in laundry room (including intimates). Hand-washing done in laundry sink (never in bathroom) and laundry with the washer and drier only on weekends at scheduled times. Kitchen use of appliances only by permission. Guests friends and family are allowed with proper amount of notice. Contract for payments and rules upon arrival.No racism or bullying tolerated. 翻译
