2017年成为住我家网 Coquitlam 房东Very nice, well located Homestay for international students studying at SFU, FIC, Douglas, Kwantlen or Coquitlam College. Burquitlam Skytrain Station is less than 15-minutes walk and nearest bus stops are less than 1-minute walk from our doorstep. Homestay offers: Large Furnished Bedroom (incl. double bed, desk, lamp, closet space) Kitchen Access, Free WiFi and Cable TV, Full Laundry (do your own), Access to 1 Full Bathroom & 1 Half-Bathroom (both shared), Access to Living Room/Dining Room Area for Study and Relaxation + Optional Meal Packages (with additional costs - see below) . Meal Package Options: Breakfast (Cereals, Oatmeal, Granola Bars, Light Pastries, Toast or a Breakfast Option Chosen by Student) + $100/month Lunch (Deli Meats, Bread, Condiments [per student's preference] for sandwiches or a Lunch Option Chose by the Student) + $100/month ABOUT US : We are a Filipino family of 5 that enjoys spending indoor and outdoor time as a family. Hobbies include skiing / snowboarding, outdoor barbecues, going to parks and other places of recreation with our kids, occasional trips to the mall, dining out and long road trips every now and then. | 寄宿家庭提供食材，学生自己做早餐 Student can choose between an assortment of oatmeal, cereal, toast, pastries, granola bars and fruit (Bananas, Grapes, Oranges, Apple & Strawberries). Also eggs in fridge for boiling or pan fry. We can also offer other food items for breakfast as per the student's preference and within a reasonable budget amount (please let us know in advance so we can get the items requested). |

房屋守则
1. No smoking, drug use or alcohol consumption inside or outside of the house
2. Keep room tidy and neat. No food and drink inside rooms please (to avoid damage of carpet).
3. Shoes not allowed to be worn indoors, house slippers only
4. Laundry is once a week to be done by the student.
5. 1 or 2 friends are ok to visit but not allowed to stay the night
6. Please keep the washrooms clean after use, flush toilet and wipe any excess liquids off counter.
