Breakfast is usually self service. We put bread, butter, jam, honey, cheese, peanut butter, tea and coffee and milk on the table. Every individual can take what he or she likes. There is no limit on how much anyone wants/needs to take.

午餐 		寄宿家庭做午餐
Lunch is a main meal in the family. We often have: rice, meat, beans, peas, variety of vegetables cooked or uncooked , bread and surplus of the meal of the night before or we cook something to address the needs of those at home. But usually family members are not home for lunch. But for the student, we plan to arrange a lunch box containing what he/she needs for lunch.
