2020年成为住我家网 Coquitlam 房东Hi, we are a Chinese Canadian Family. We live in a single house in Coquitlam Centre area-Westwood Plateau. All the rooms for homestay students are clean and cozy. We offer delicious and nutritious Chinese food and fruit. It takes 10 minutes from home to Pinetree Secondary School. 20 Mins to Gleneagle and Heritage Wood Secondary. 25 minutes to Terry Fox and Riverside Secondary. The main languages we speak are Mandarin and English. Each of our rooms has a bed, mattress, and bedding, along with a desk, nightstand, and closet. We provide three meals a day on school days and two meals a day on weekends/holidays, along with unlimited Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. We request a refundable security deposit, passport copy, and picture ID. Thank you for viewing, and I hope to meet you soon. My house will be your lovely Canadian home. Currently, we only have rooms on the ground level to choose from. During weekends, we also need some time to relax. We only offer breakfast and supper on Saturdays and Sundays. We do accept students under 10. But the homestay fee will be increased based on the service we provide. We can discuss the details later. 翻译
