2017年成为住我家网 Burnaby 房东We are a young couple without children now.Because we are both university lecturers in China and Phd of physics, so we like to communicate with students.Hope to have a guest who love studying and behave him(her)self. Hello, we are currently looking for a homestay student, male or female high school , university student is suitable for our family. Our condo is 3 mins walk to Lougheed town Skytrain station,2 mins walk to Lougheed mall with Walmart Safeway supermarket,1155 square feet. The fully furnished kingsize bedroom is used for homestay which includes a huge private balcony(face south and beautiful Lakeview), private walk-in closet, private toilet and wash basin. The prize for this room is $1300/month. And queen size bedroom which has it own big closet, desk and lamp is cosy and sunny (face east). The price for this room is $900. Newly furnished Queen size bedroom with desk,chair,storage space and lamp is cosy and sunny (face east). The price for this room is $800. Dining room and kitchen and bathroom are available for the student. We can provide: Private furnished room with Desk, bed, dress/closet English and Chinese are the main languages spoken in the home Requirements for homestay students: No smoking, No pets, No drugs, No soliciting, No party and No alcohol inside. Must obey the strata bylaws. Homestay fees: No meals,$800/month-- $1300/month Damage deposit of half month rent is required upon moving in which is refundable when NO damage done when moving out. 翻译

房屋守则
1. The Host Family is not responsible for housing the Student's visiting family members (if any) during the course of the year unless otherwise agreed. Any visitors of the student should be told to the host unless agree upon in writing prior to arrival. The Student will never have visitors/friends stay overnight in their bedroom.
2. The student should have no pets, no smoking, no party, no drugs and no soliciting inside the condo. Must be quiet and clean. Completely no noise, no loud talking, no loud audio after 10pm.
3. Students and Host Families may not borrow money from, nor lend money to, each other.
4. Clean the dishes after cooking and clean the bathtub after bath. No heavy oil food in the kitchen.
5. Must come back before 10pm. Otherwise, a note must be given to the host by text.
6. The student must obey the strata bylaw, such as the garbage classification.
7.Shower time should be limited within 20 minutes in the morning for other's convenience, turn on the fan while shower and clean afterwards.
