2017年成为住我家网 Mississauga 房东Hello, my name is Victoria. I am a retired telecommunications professional. I live in the City Centre of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, less than 5 minutes away from Square One. Mississauga is within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and is west of Toronto. Very close to Square One Shopping Centre and Mississauga transit terminal with just one short bus ride. We are only 25 minutes away from downtown Toronto. My house is a 3-minute walk to the bus stop, with the supermarket, convenience store, drug store, post office, bank and several restaurants close by. I live in a 2-storey detached brick house. I rent out two rooms on the 2nd floor, and 1 room in the basement. You will be sharing the bathrooms with one other student. My home is in a quiet and safe residential area that is close to all amenities - shopping, entertainment, the bus terminal, central library, public and private schools, hospitals. Some schools that are close to the area are: Sheridan College Hazel McCallion Campus, Sheridan College Davis Campus, Everest College, University of Toronto Mississauga, Applewood Heights Secondary School, and Heartland International English School. As well, some of the major international businesses hold office in Mississauga, like BASF, Oracle, Continental Tires, Purolator, MSN, HP, Nokia Siemens, Bell Canada/ Bell Mobility, and are a bus ride (or bicycle ride) away. Mississauga is where some of the biggest tech companies hold their headquarters. I have been hosting since 2012 and enjoy the exchange of cultural nuances that comes from hosting international students. I also like to spend time in the garden and travel. 翻译

Please keep our home secure and make sure the front door is locked when leaving and re-entering.
Feel free to use the kitchen, dishes, cookware, cutlery but please wash & dry them BY HAND and put them away in the proper cupboard or drawer.
Due to individual preferences and sensitivities of other members of the household, I would ask that guests refrain from cooking dishes with strong odours.
No kitchen use allowed after 8PM.
No food or drink (except water) allowed in rooms.
Please maintain cleanliness everywhere and respect for other members of the household at all times. Be considerate of the next person who will use the common areas.
The TV room is for my PRIVATE use only.
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself.
Please do not invite strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, please discuss with me first. No overnight guests are allowed.
Please RESPECT the premises at all times and do your part to MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS. Please use water, electricity and wifi responsibly.
