关于 Pasha 的家庭
2017年成为住我家网 Richmond 房东I hold a Ph.D. in IT Education and Literature and am a retired college professor in the same field after teaching it to local and international students from all walks of life for the past fifteen years. I still teach business-related courses and languages part-time to stay in touch with the world. I've travelled almost worldwide and lived and studied in some European countries. That alone has enabled me to learn about different languages and cultures. I speak English, Spanish, Persian, and Dari fluently and am familiar with Italian and French. I love outdoor activities and do a lot of biking, golfing, hiking in summertime, snowshoeing, and skiing in winter. I do also enjoy writing and spend almost all my spare time working on novels about social and global justice. My house is my sanctuary, but I would love to share it with students who appreciate living where respecting rules and boundaries is paramount. My house is a quiet place because we all respect its rules.
1. The quiet time at my house is from 8 pm to 7 am. You can use your headphone when watching a movie or playing games.
2. You must clean your room regularly, and any common places you use, like the kitchen, bathroom, fridge, and so on, right after you use it.
3. You do NOT smoke in your room, anywhere, at my place, at any time.
a. If you are of legal age and choose to smoke, you must do so outside the house, on the street, or in the backyard.
b. You do NOT smoke or consume drugs anywhere at my house, anytime. This rule will be enforced by law.
4. You do NOT consume alcoholic beverages anywhere at my place.
5. You buy all your toiletries, such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, and so on ….
6. You need to clean your room and any other places you use right after using it to prepare it for the next person. You buy your food and all the ingredients of any kind to cook your food.
7. You respect the privacy of anyone else living at my place. It's only two students at my home at a time maximum.
8. You report any problems you might encounter to me (Pasha, your host) via email or Whatsapp texting and ask for advice first.
9. You keep the safety and security of yourself, the house, and anyone else living in the house seriously by not leaving any doors or windows open when you're not home.
10. You are super careful in your cooking, especially using the Avon, toaster, or stove, to prevent any burning accident or fire.
11. For the comfort of everyone living under the same roof, we all choose not to use too many herbs with a strong smell and garlic in our food to make the air pleasant for everyone of any nationality.
The rules are made to keep you safe and happy while living at my place. We all must respect and follow it to live happily in each other's proximity.
