Greetings! Welcome to Canada! Hosting an international student is a wonderful opportunity to share and learn about different cultures. It is also a great way to create friendship that can last a life time. As former and current students, we are keenly aware of the needs and financial pressures of education and housing in Toronto. As homeowners in a well maintained, well located, relatively new house, we are eager and prepared to offer housing and support to students studying in Toronto. Our house is located in Kingston Rd and Guildwood Parkway, it is close to amenities such as restaurant, park, highschool, and supermarket. TTC bus stop is just a 2 minute walk from our home, 1 bus ride going to nearest subway station which is the Kennedy Station. We are also located near the Guildwood GO Station. We have 2 bedrooms available for students and they're located in the upper floor. Each room includes a comfortable twin bed, side table, desk, office chair, table lamp, Hi-Speed Wi-fi Internet connection, closet with hangers, clean bed linens. One washroom is available to be shared with another student. Laundry facility is available. Again, we are eager to help and support students with their housing needs in Toronto, and we offer a clean, quiet, well maintained, well situated, supportive environment and place of stay. 翻译
