2017年成为住我家网 North York 房东My name is Glenn and my wife's name is Jenniffer. We are a peace-loving, caring, middle-aged couple. We are professionals from the Philippines who migrated to Canada and USA respectively. We just got married not long ago in 2015 and have no children of our own marriage. Presently , I work at Royal Dutch Shell's Keele Petroleum Distribution Terminal, the largest petroleum distribution terminal in Canada, as a Petroleum Terminal Operator. On the other hand, my wife is currently working as a Registered Nurse at St. Francis Hospital in Lakewood, California, USA. We own and currently live in a three-stories townhouse that is located at the heart of Toronto. Our place is very close to the York University and is very accessible to everything. It is very accessible to a 24-hrs.TTC bus service and also is just a few minutes, one-bus ride to the TTC Downsview Subway Station and Yorkdale Mall Subway Station. Also, grocery stores , church, banks , restaurants, drug stores, are just few walks away from the house. Even hospital is a few minutes away by bus. There are two(2) large and clean full kitchens as well as four clean washrooms ( 2 full and 2 halfs) in the house that the tenants can use, depending on which floor she/he chooses to live. Tenants can watch cable TV anytime in the living room during their free time. Or, they can watch movies through cable TV or Internet streaming though unlimited High Speed WIFI internet in the house for FREE of charge. Use of washer and dryer on site are provided FREE of charge also. In the summer, tenants can relax and enjoy the weather and have some barbeque either in the balcony or in the backyard. Tenants can also visit anytime at the recreation/exercise center all-year long. This is one of the amenities of the townhouse complex. Most importantly, the tenants will be very comfortable living with us as we would like to treat each and everyone as part of our family. 翻译

1). Strictly only tenants are allowed to stay in the house. Outsiders are not allowed in the house at anytime. This is to maintain the house as a safe and private place for all tenants.
2). We encourage tenants to strictly maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the house, especially in the common areas like the washrooms, kitchens, living rooms ,etc. ,so everybody is comfortable using or staying in the common areas.
3). No loud voice or loud music is being tolerated in the house especially during the wee hours, so tenants can rest, study and sleep well. 翻译
