关于 Maureen 的家庭
2017年成为住我家网 Guelph 房东I am an elementary teacher living with my 22 year old son at home. I am in the south end of Guelph close to the university of Guelph and Centennial high school. Public transit is a one minute walk away. Walking distance to banks, grocery stores, and restaurants. Bedroom #1 is 10'x12' located on the second floor. It is bright with a large window and closet. The room has a comfortable double bed, side table, desk and chair. You will share a washroom with one other person($950 month). Bedroom #2 is a self contained basement apartment 600' with a full bathroom, sitting area, bedroom, desk, and a kitchen. It is a large area ideal for someone who enjoys their own space ($1350 month). We have a lovely enclosed backyard to relax and join in family activities or by yourself. We have a cat and a mini golden doodle puppy ready to welcome you. Bedroom 3 is a private entrance 12x20' room with double bed, desk, recliner sofa, TV, mini fridge and wardrobe. Shared washroom and full use of the kitchen. 翻译
