I am friendly and offer a safe clean home. The students have use of all the main floor. I offer brand new Queen size and double bed. The room consists of desk, lamp and chair. Bedside table. Built in closets with plenty of storage. Beautiful, high quality bedding. All towels and bedding is provided. Very clean and quiet house. Beautiful garden to sit in and a short walk to lake and park. Lots of shopping and restaurants to eat at. Steps to transportation to school and downtown Toronto. Fans and air conditioning in each bedroom. The home is quiet and respectful, safe with no smoking and drinking. I am willing to have a home stay for one or two students. Always very clean and neat and tidy. Laundry will be done by myself once a week for the student. Meals are plentiful and nutritious. High speed internet, Netflix. Steps to streetcar and stores, lake at the end of the street, beautiful parks nearby. Home away from home very safe. 翻译
