Hello, I have a great accommodations for international students. The student rooms are located on street level and NOT in a basement. My home is a raised bungalow. We are very centrally located and have several TTC stops just a few steps away from home. Also, within a five minute walk, you will find ample shopping, restaurants, libraries, movie theater and gyms are within walking minutes of home. 翻译

    订房后，房屋守则将包括在订房合同中
    There are a few simple rules for the respect and privacy of everyone.

    1. COMMON COURTESY: cleaning up after one's self (dishes, your own room, keeping your bathroom tidy), saying please and thank you is expected.

    2. CONSERVING ENERGY AND WATER: turn off lights when not in use and limiting showers to once a day no longer than 10-12 minutes. Utilities are very expensive in Toronto

    3. ENSURING THE SAFETY OF THE HOME : making sure the outside door is properly closed EVERY TIME. Security code MUST NOT be given out to anyone. Only residents are allowed in the home at ALL times.

    4. PRIVACY: Each person's privacy MUST be a first priority.
    When at home, everyone must be in their own rooms by 10:00pm and no noise to enable everyone to get a good night's rest before a busy next day.
    No one may enter another person's without consent. Doors must be knocked on.

    5. SMOKING: POSITIVELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. Even if you smoke away from the home, you will NOT be permitted to stay here. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO CANDLE/INCENSE BURNING due to fire risk and smell sensitivities.

    6. NO HAIR DYE or any harsh chemicals. All such things MUST be done outside of the home.

    7. NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS allowed in or near the home.

    8. NO ABUSIVE/FOUL LANGUAGE OR ACTIONS WILL BE TOLERATED.

    9. NO ILLEGAL DOWNLOADS allowed of any kind. It is my IP address. Any illegal downloading will be reported to the authorities immediately.

    10. RESPECT: This home is a SAFE, CLEAN and QUIET. You will be very comfortable here as you study for your future.
