Yes! I wanna keep my home peacefull and clean all the time and there are rules to follow. NO smoking, NO pets, NO any kind of drugs (even cannabis is legal in Canada, I don't tolarate any kind of it at home. Tenant should clean the common area after using it (kitchen, washroom, toilet, laundry room etc.) Tenant has to follow the condo regulations.
