2019年成为住我家网 Pickering 房东We are pleasant, healthy and friendly Filipino family of four. We are thoughtfully considering to host an International student. We want to share our home, family tradition with someone from another culture and wanted to experience a larger family. Our home is peaceful with a happy and healthy environment . My daughters seldom comes home, they work away and travel often to different countries. *House Reminders* EMERGENCY Please call 911 Tell the Operator whether you need Police, Fire, or Ambulance. ***Please keep safe at all times***
*SAFETY-Never open the door to strangers. Check with us before you leave someone you know enter our home
*FOOTWEAR- Shoes must be taken off when entering the house and you can keep your slippers at the entrance hall for you to wear as soon as you enter the house. Please do not use outside shoes inside.
*YOUR BEDROOM- Please keep your room tidy and in order.No food or drinks allowed at anytime in the bedroom. You can bring water in a safe container, like a water bottle, Once a week we will vacuum your room, for that purpose ,please do not leave stuff on the floor
*SHEETS and TOWELS- every Saturday please give us your bedsheets and your towels so we can do the weekly laundry. They will be given clean back to you the came day, so you can make your bed, If you need help, we can show you how to make the bed.
*SHOWERS/BATHS/WASHROOMS-Please leave the washroom clean when you are done shower or use the bathroom.Remove all hairs or leftover soap if necessary, off the floor, counter and bathtub. Please leave the bathtub clean and rinsed, Please remove the rubber mat in the bathtub every time you finish using the bathtub and hang it to dry.. Please limit your time in the shower to 10 minutes and make sure to open the exhaust fan to air the bathroom when done. We provide hand soap ,toilet paper, towels, facecloth, hairdryer for you to use.All other toiletries if needed are your responsibility. Please leave the door open when you are finished in the bathroom.
*KITCHEN- Please clear away any of the dishes you used and clean up after yourself in the kitchen, You can always help yourself with food if you need, We like having a meal with you possibly dinner during the week, Please be home on time around 6 pm everyday, If you need more time, please check with us before you are late, Please dont use the stove when we are not home.
*SMOKING- This is no Smoking home
*ALCOHOL- NO alcohol has to be drunk in the house
*PROBLEMS or CONCERNS- Please feel free to talk to us if you have problems or concerns. We will do the same if needed. We want you to have a pleasant experience with us. Please respect our requests and belongings. Use "Please , Thank you" when you ask for something and use our belongings with care.
