2018年成为住我家网 Montreal 房东I am a mother of two young adults. My professional experiences, as a psychosocial worker with young people of all ages with different needs, as a professional integration consultant with young people with disabilities and early childhood educator. My work experience, the availability of rooms are points that motivated me to start this accommodation project. My goal is to provide a comfortable and friendly living space in accommodation located close to all services: library, sports and cultural center, shopping center and many more. Students who usually stay in this accommodation are 18 years of age or older. They come from different countries. For a stay of 3 months or more. They attend different language schools, colleges and universities in Montreal in our neighborhood. The harmonious collaboration of each during makes the stay an enriching and pleasant experience for all. We do everything possible to make every student feel comfortable during their stay. 翻译

Internal regulations
• Arrival from 5:00 p.m.
• single occupancy in the room only
• keep the environment clean and safe
• Do not walk around the house with your shoes on
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside within a radius of 9 meters from the property.
• Pets are not allowed inside, near or around the house.
• No guests are allowed.
• the volume of music and the like must be at a respectful level at all times.
• No showers, hairdryers or aloud chats before 6:00 am or after 10:00 pm out of consideration for others.
• Everyone is responsible for maintenance and shared spaces throughout their stay.
• After use, everything must be cleaned and replaced immediately, especially in shared spaces such as the bathroom, kitchen, dining room etc.
• Washing is done once a week following the day chosen in the schedule for the laundry room.
• Everyone should get their own detergent and fabric softener for their laundry and all other products for personal needs.
• It is important to inform yourself or simply ask for the capacity of the machine before use.
• We do not accommodate children under the age of 18.
