Hello my name is Kathleen. I am an ESL teacher. I've been providing accommodations for almost 20 years and enjoy the diversity of students who stay at my home. I'm always opened to sharing my beautiful city of Vancouver and all that it has to offer. I often take trips to Granville Island, Stanley Park, vist the many beaches in Vancouver, check out weekend local markets, and visit the great parks and forests for hiking. I like nature, movies online learning and trying new recipes. I have a one bedroom with lots of natural light available in my fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment located in Kerrisdale. Rent includes hydro, electricity, cable, & wi-fi. Street parking, bike and coin laundry room. I am located one block from the vibrant Kerrisdale Village on 41st Avenue. You can enjoy cafes, food markets, Thai, Japanese, and north America cuisine restaurants, London Drugs, Shoppers, Tim Hortons and many more amenities. Kerrisdale Community centre has library,gym and swimming pool. The neighbourhood has beautiful parks, golf courses and the Arbutus walkway, where residents enjoy runs, walks, rollerbladding and cycling. A fantastic maintained soccer field and track for running is 2 blocks away. Excellent bus connections to UBC-20minutes away, Downtown 30 minutes and Langara College-15 minutes. Airport is a 15 minute drive. You will share with one female working from home professional. Safe, pet free & smoke free environment. Seeking a clean, tidy, respectful female roommate.
