2017年成为住我家网 Vancouver 房东We offer comfortable stay to students and visitors. The services we have been rendering since 2000, welcoming the students. Our rooms are clean and well furnished. Rooms for the students are nice with new furniture and window coverings. Each room has a study table and a chair, dresser, TV, Music System and free high speed internet access WIFI and cable service. One Zone Traveling in 20 minutes to downtown by sky train from Joyce nearby stn, UBC in 35 minutes by transit Express 43, Transit 19 to downtown as well. Transit stop at the door step. Check out: http://tripplanning.translink.ca The house is in safe neighborhood easily accessible to amenities around. Library, Banks, Stores, Metrotown Shopping Mall & Parks are close by. Access to laundry and housekeeping for students. we do not permit drinking, drugs, smoking and parties at the premises. We assist students with their English learning and make your stay here in Vancouver memorable and worthwhile! We can serve 2-3 healthy nutritious meals in a day if you want. Home stay fee at present is monthly, longer stay for full course study students preferred however we do require for three months stay minimum. A very well equipped kitchen is also available if you want to cook yours. WE cook and provide otherwise as agreed, as We stay near by in the same block !st house and can service any issue with in minutes. We require a copy of photo ID or passport and proof of enrollment for security reasons. Interested and require any further information, please submit -name and address-age-gender-country of origin, dates required from 'move in date' to 'move out date'-reason for coming to Vancouver. There are house rules WRT students home no party no sleep overs no noise after 10PM shower time not to exceed 20 minutes no alterations in room allowed keep the room clean Turn the lights off when not in use no wastage of food is permitted. Respect the furnishings furniture window covers no any damages are accepted. No laud music or chat after 10 PM in rooms as other students may be sleeping to wake up early or studying.
