I will not be living in this Condo unit with student, that's why I can not provide any meals. This building is located at Don mills & Sheppard, 2 mins walking to CF Fairview Mall, access to subway station right out side from the building lobby ( 10 steps away). Dental clinic, Tim hortuns, beauty bar, and drug mart located at first level of the building. If you get out from the building you will see a plaza which is 5 mins by walking, they have 24 HOURS supermarket, restaurants, dry cleaning, convenience store and walk in clinic in the plaza. This unit is maintained very well, the bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, bookshelf and a dresser table with mirror. Living room has a brand-new sofa bed, 40 inches tv, dinner table with 4 chairs, wardrobe and mirror. Washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher and microwave are all included. Balcony is very big, and stunning views. The building is well managed with 24 hours concierge, there's pool, spa and gym available in the building.

If smoking on the balcony, do not throw out the cigarette butts from balcony or leave it on balcony, building management does not allow it and student will be fully responsible if caused fired.
