Hello! We are a couple with two kids. However, both kids are now in University. One no longer lives at our house, and the other only visits on the weekends. Our house is within walking distance to a bus station, and is easy to take buses to Capilano University. It is also close to Lynn Valley Mall (which includes grocery stores, a bank, and a nearby library). We provide 3 meals a day, unlimited internet access, a washing machine, water and electricity, and bedding. We have had homestay experience for over 10 years.
