Willing to show areas of interest or needs to the individual to feel comfortable with their stay. We have a new and lovely townhouse with bright lights, clean and quiet. We love art, green plants and flowers. Smoking and alcohol free, and without pets. I am an art teacher and also I can make delicious foods. Friendly and easy going. Let me introduce the details about our place: Near Warden Subway Station -A bright and quiet bedroom face to the south (1) Located Warden Ave and St Clair Ave which is in a safe and quiet young community. The park-like living environment is perfect for walking and exercising. Surrounded by parks, it is also close to the lakeside park. (2) Near Warden Subway station. The traffic is extremely convenient and fast. It is about 10-minute walk to Warden Subway Station. There are 69 bus and 113 bus in front of the main street. It is just a few minutes to get to Warden Subway Station inside. Also the home place close the TD Bank. (3) Go to the city center only 30-35 minutes to the Eaton Centre by subway. About 20 minutes to Bloor/Yonge, it is perfect for people who work and go to school in downtown. (4) All-wood floor bedroom. There is a closet. The windows are facing south and there is plenty of sunshine. (5) Provide basic furniture. Share the bathroom with others. (6) The kitchen is on the second floor with a dining table and chairs.
