Hosting in Vancouver since 2019We have been hosting students from different countries since 2016. Our home is 7 min. walk to Joyce Stn. Skytrain (one zone) that will take you to Downtown in 20 min. Easy access to get around the city and groceries, banks, restaurant, park and community center are just 10 min. or less walk from our house. Two bedrooms in the lower level are for female only with 2 persons sharing one washroom. The upper level comes with two bedrooms and it can be for a male or female. Modern home providing homestay with many luxuries. Well-furnished, spacious, warm, cozy, clean and bright private bedrooms.Tended by a caring, friendly and local English-speaking family. Features: Queen-sized bed with luxury bedding, linens and towels. Fully furnished. Two shared washrooms including two fully-renovated modern wall-to-wall stone showers. Home utilities included: high-speed unlimited wireless internet, laundry, electricity, water, radiant in-floor heating. Study, relax, in a quiet house. Three meals per day are available. We provide homemade healthy fresh meals. No junk or pre-made food. As you are aware, good and healthy meals are important for your studies. Convenient unlimited street parking. Location Conveniently located in a quiet and safe Vancouver East side neighborhood, moments away from many amenities. Only 5 minutes walk away to Joyce Collingwood SkyTrain for an easy commute to: Vancouver Airport, Vancouver Downtown, Metrotown, Richmond Center, T&T Asian food store, Movie theatre. Within walking distance to: Major banks, Supermarket and numerous small stores Asian food stores, Restaurants, Starbucks, Subway, Sushi, Pizza, Public Library, and more.

No smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, no overnight guests stay.
Always make sure to inform us if coming home late after 10pm and going out of town.
You are responsible to keep your own room clean; hand vacuum is available for easy clean-up.
Only accept students between 15-30 years old.
Please keep your room and washroom clean and tidy.
We also expect everyone to be respectful and polite towards us and other students as well. We in return will treat you with utmost respect.
