Only accept student older than 14 years old
No smoking inside the house

House rules

House rules will be included in the contract after booking
Clean up after themselves incl. bedroom, private bathroom, after cooking, dishes.
Quiet time in the house after 10 pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends.
Laundry day once per week on a weekday.
Communicate with host about return times to house for meals, in the evening, etc. out of consideration.
Limit eating and drinking in bedroom. Meals should be eaten in the kitchen.
