Hosting in Scarborough since 2019My name is Jordan. I am a certified professional accountant, who has a regular 9-5 job in downtown Toronto. My wife, Joyce, was originally a Registered Nurse in Taiwan. Now she is a housewife. We can provide a student with three meals and a clean and safe living environment. We lives in an extremely convenient location for daily lifestyle, if you choose not to have meal plan with us, there are several supermarkets, restaurants, food courts and shopping centres nearby. Commute to school is also effortless, few minutes walking distance to bus stop. 我叫做Jordan，在多倫多是註冊會計師，有一份朝九晚五的穩定工作，太太Joyce原先在台灣為護理師，現在是家庭主婦，我們可以為學生提供三餐以及乾淨、安全的居住環境。住處離公車站步行約4-7分鐘，如果選擇不附三餐，附近也有美食廣場，生活機能方便。

House rules
We are quite open-minded, but still have some house-keeping rules for safety reason, We prohibit drugs (including marijuana), smoking, drinking, visitors (but parents and guardians can visit at any time). If you need to return late or not to go home, you need to notify us in advance.
For the sake of cleanliness, pets are forbidden. We will clean the room every 1-2 weeks, only vacuum and mopping. We will also provide bed sheets, quilts, pillow for student’s use. However, student is responsible to clean their own clothes. There will be laundry machine available for them
Noise is banned after 11 pm, and we do not currently offer students the opportunity to cook for themselves.
I hope that students can also maintain the cleanliness in the house, no damage or destroyed , respected, honest, and not stolen.
我們相當開明，但基於安全的考量，會有以下規則:我們禁止毒品(包含大麻)、吸菸、喝酒、訪客(但父母及監護人可隨時探視)。如果需要晚歸、不回家需要提前告知。
為了環境的整潔，禁止寵物，我們會提供1-2周一次房間的清潔(吸地及拖地，但不包含整理學生私人用品)。提供乾淨的床單、棉被、枕頭(每個月月底換洗一次)，學生的衣物須自己清洗(每周洗一次)。
晚上11點後禁止噪音，我們目前也不提供讓學生自己做飯。
希望住宿學生也能一同保持房子的清潔、不破壞、尊重、誠實、沒有偷竊。
