BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY!...If you plan on coming to Kwantlen Polytechnic and your from overseas....please feel free to book and reserve your homestay at no cost. If you should fail to start college due to Covid_19, we have NO PROBLEM YOU HOLDING THE ROOM UNTIL YOU DECIDE TO COME OR NOT! We have been offering homestay for many years now. We are located in North Delta and have easy access to most Universities and colleges including their off campus locations, especially Kwantlen Polytechnic.You have a private furnished room with study desk, high speed wi-fi and a washroom with 2 sinks/shower/tub which is only used by yourself. Perfect for Kwantlen students as bus to either Surrey or Richmond campuses is just a 4 minute walk away. Two community centers near by have gyms/weight rooms/swimming pools. Shopping centers close by and you can go with Shirley by car on Sat/Sun morning to buy groceries. Very convenient for students. Due to the corona virus, many students are holding off booking accommodation but if you wait too long, you might have a hard time finding something. We have no problem if you reserve the room and then have to cancel. There is absolutely no charge or stigma attached for doing so. We just want to ensure you have safe and available accommodation.
