二楼宽敞明亮卧室招1个女学生，合用一个大卫生间。房间约12平米，加宽单人床（1.36米宽），有壁柜，包三餐，$1500每月。近几年新装修的地下室分门出入独立单元，约100平米。包括大厅，厨房，一个大卫生间，独立洗衣机，干衣机和3间卧室。大卧室半地下，约18平米，有地上大窗户，3个大壁柜，配双人床，每月$850。小卧室每间约12平米，有窗户，配单人床，每月$750每间。一层有公用卫生间。地下室学生不包餐，学生自己买菜，做饭，清理卫生，洗衣服。只招单身男生。 The basement is a newly renovated separated unit (around 1,200 Sq.Ft.) with separated kitchen, living room, 3 large bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a separated laundry set. Powder room on the main level is available to everyone in the family. No meal plan for basement students. The price for the basement rooms are $750 for smaller rooms (around 130sq.ft.) with a single bed, and $850 for larger room (around 200 sq.ft) with a queen bed. Students in the basement cook your own meal, clean your own room, the bathroom in the basement and the kitchen, do your own laundry.
