About Irene's family
Hosting in Coquitlam since 2019I’m Irene , working at the Government of BC . My husband Julius works at SNC Lavalin/ Canada Line. We have 2 young adult kids who are both in University, ages 22 and 20. My eldest, a girl, is taking up BSNursing at Douglas College while my youngest son just finished his Business Management at the same school and now working at TD Bank. Our place in Coquitlam is centrally located close to bus/train station, Coquitlam Centre Mall , libraries, parks, hospitals, recreation centres, restaurants & grocery stores. The place is near Douglas College (Coquitlam/ New Westminster Campuses) and most of the secondary schools in the tri-Cities area. We have been hosting for 7 years now and we are enjoying it! We like to have neat , clean and respectful students who like to be respected as well.

House rules
No friends allowed to sleepover. If student/s have guest coming over to visit, he/she should let the host know in advance. No smoking, no drinking of wine/ liquor and no drugs allowed. Cooking is allowed but you have to have your own ingredients for cooking, hot water is always available as well as microwave and toaster oven. Keep the kitchen clean after cooking. Student/s are responsible to keep their room clean and keep the washroom floor dry. Laundry is allowed free of cost ( student provide their own detergent ), once a week only preferably Saturday or Sunday
