The rooms can be furnished room with a queen/double bed, dresser and a table. Master Bedroom ($1200 no meals & 1500 with meals) for 2 person sharing. Large Master Bedroom with ensuite washroom (NEW) available for single person or a couple, Front Bedroom ($900 no meals & 1250 with meals) Large bedroom large window (bright) and walk in closet, sharing the washroom with the side bedroom Common Area The all house is recent renovated and 2300 square feet living space, clean, NEW laminated floor, New Kitchen with NEW Windows. Sharing the common area is open plan concept, large lounge, large kitchen (2 fridges sharing), laundry facilities, parking for one car, internet and utilities included. In the basement, I have the 4th bedroom (where I have moved to) full washroom and a second lounge living space shared with anyone, with additional storage space if needed. Parking space available, is one per renter on the driveway, plus I will be using the garage.
