We have fully furnished rooms available. We are warm and friendly family looking to host International Students in our clean and comfortable home, in a safe neighborhood. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Very convenient access to TTC subway station and 24 hour bus stops. Only a few minutes walk to the Subway Station, just a short & very easy commute to Downtown, Toronto. Just steps away from Max the Mutt College of Animation and also just a quick ride to Centennial College - Story Arts Centre, University of Toronto, Ryerson University, George Brown College and ALL other downtown schools. Very Easy commute ride to ANYWHERE in the Greater Toronto Area (Scarborough, Markham, North York, etc.) as the subway is very, very close. GO Station is also just a short walk away. Big Park, Tennis court, Basketball court and Golf course just steps away & Close To ALL Amenities (Shopping, L.A. Fitness & restaurants) and just a few minutes drive or a short TTC ride to The Beach. Very convenient location!!! We are very family oriented, hospitable and very respectful. Our home is a "Family Home" environment. We provide a happy and healthy environment for students to stay. Basement recently renovated, 2nd washroom/bathroom was added. All rooms are bright & clean. First payment required upon move in day & a deposit is required to reserve the room. Be our guest :)
