I am a mature, sociable and respectful lady. I am quiet and clean, I like swimming, reading books, listening to music, cooking and traveling. I have a healthy life style. Every day I enjoy preparing fresh food. I chose this place because the apartment is located in a familial neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants including Mc Donald’s, Tim Horton’s, and Farmer’s pick Italian grocery store where I find everything I need. I love my place because I can swim and enjoy the sauna at any time in my building. When I wake up I face the beach view and have my breakfast. I don’t need to drive because buses are at the front door for Algonquin College, Carlton University, Billing Bridge, and downtown etc.. I do not smoke or drink or use any drugs. I offer a positive environment and encourage learning.

2. Eating in the room is not allowed to keeping the space clean

3.Quiet Enjoyment: TV or Radio will not interfere with the reasonable enjoyment. The apartment is continuously quiet for studying and sleeping.

4.Cleaning Responsibilities: Each person is responsible for keeping her space clean, washing dishes, and bathroom clean up.
5. No party in the apartment. However, we can book the party room in the building when needed
